Like mentioned before: The detail consists of the bow, the crown, the push button, the neck, the inner tube and more. Since such components are not available, or in another shape to get, they have to be to manufacture.
A available crown is bored through in order to receive the push button.
Two bushes were to set because the bow must not run directly on the soft aryl glass.
The tube has an inner square to lead the winding stem. In that a tool for making such a square is missing, I forge that squared hole. Therefore I take a oversized steel rod, make a hole and drive a suitable winding stem end in, then I forge by hammer blows, in between I glow. A sharp edged square develops. At last I turn the tube to the suitable diameter and length.
